Queens Attorney.
Fierce Advocate.
Meet Supriya Kichloo
A Queens Personal Injury & Employment Attorney Who Fights Like It’s Personal
For attorney Supriya Kichloo, practicing law isn’t just about legal codes and courtrooms—it’s about real people, real struggles, and real accountability. A Queens personal injury lawyer with over a decade of hands-on experience, Supriya has built her reputation on fierce advocacy, sharp litigation skills, and a level of personal attention that’s rare in today’s legal world.

Whether she’s helping a construction worker recover unpaid wages or representing an accident victim from Jackson Heights, Supriya brings grit, focus, and an unwavering commitment to every case.

our commitment
Born to Lead,
Trained to Win
Supriya Kichloo was born in India and became a U.S. citizen in 2015. She earned her law degree and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014. Since then, she’s spent 11+ years representing clients in both state and federal courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Her work has taken her to courtrooms across
Queens,
Brooklyn,
Manhattan,
the Bronx, and
Long Island—always standing directly beside her clients. Opposing counsel have called her a “pit bull” for her refusal to back down, a label she wears with pride.
A Track Record of Taking On What Matters
Supriya Kichloo's practice focuses on two areas where the stakes are personal and the opposition is often powerful:

Personal Injury
She represents individuals injured in car crashes, bus and subway accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, slip and falls, and other life-altering incidents.

Employment Law
From wage theft and unpaid overtime to discrimination and retaliation, Supriya stands with workers who’ve been silenced or mistreated on the job.
She also accepts court appointments in Article 81 guardianship matters, offering compassionate legal support for families navigating elder care decisions.
Serving the South Asian Community with Understanding & Respect
Our approach
As one of the only South Asian female attorneys practicing personal injury and employment law in NYC, Supriya fills a much-needed gap for clients who want more than translation—they want true understanding. She is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Kashmiri, and her paralegal provides Spanish-language support.
Most firms in Queens cater to Spanish- or Russian-speaking communities. Supriya built her practice around the needs of
New York’s South Asian neighborhoods—including clients from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other immigrant families who deserve a voice in the legal system.

Clients Work with Supriya—Not Around Her
What sets Supriya Kichloo apart isn’t just her experience—it’s her approach.
She runs a
boutique firm, which means no layers of staff and no delays. When you call, you talk to her. When your case moves forward, she’s the one preparing it, arguing it, and fighting for results.
“I take it personally when my clients are hurt or wronged. They trust me to fight for them, and I don’t stop until I’ve done exactly that.”
Her clients value that kind of commitment—and so do judges and adversaries across Queens and NYC.

Professional Memberships & Recognition
